CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. Urban &Trendy is responsible only for materials/articles officially documented and received for cleaning procession in our facility 2. On due collection, customer shall be required to provide his/her receipt to pick up his/her articles. 3. In the event of loss of receipt, customer shall be asked to present a photocopy of his/her international travelling passport, driver's license or a national identity card before we provide service. 4. The management shall not be liable for any colour run or any other damage resulting from weak fiber or inferior materials. 5. Our liability in the UNLIKELY event of damage to or loss of materials/articles we accepted for cleaning to (FIVE) times the cost of cleaning as indicted on the receipt. 6. Management will not be responsible for any clothes articles left unclaimed (6) WEEKS after due collection dates as on the receipt. 7. Items left uncollected for upward of six(6) months shall be auctioned. 8. Dear esteemed customers, you are advised to check all your items before leaving the outlet after collection.
